Discuss any type of inheritance that does not fit Mendelian genetics (no simple punnett squares).  What are some examples of the exceptions to the rule?

100-250 word please?

Nobody is going to write your homework essay for you.

but here's what you need to investigate and then start writing.....

genes that are linked do not show independent assortment.

lethal alleles will not produce Mendelian ratios (such as Manx Cats)

and probably sex-linked genes, if one looks at the ratios among the sexes, would also not fit Mendelian ratios.
