There are multiple types of albinism - including one that is sex-linked.

I assume the question relates to asking about recessive markers - as albinism is recessive. So the simple answer is it requires two recessive alleles, so if parents are carriers (Aa), then one in four of their offspring will be albino. If one parent is albino (aa) and the other does not carry (AA), none of the offspring will be albino, although all will be carriers.
