Tylenol w codeine is usually prescribed to help with chronic coughing or mild pain. Your sinuses may be swollen not full of mucus. Take sudafed..must get behind the counter at pharmacy or if its congestion try dayquil. If you are stuck at home breathe in steam from a hot shower or hot cloth. Vicks helps too.
