Title: Sterilizing Chemicals Post by: micro on Sep 18, 2013 When washing cells after centrifugation and such, does the chemical buffer/wash need to be autoclaved first? Do you have to autoclave each chemical that you add to a cell pellet? Can't it decompose on autoclaving?
