No worries, could you copy and paste the written part of the question?

"What is the sequence of DNA strand being synthesized during sequencing?
Express your answer as a sequence of nucleotides separated by dashes from 5' to 3'. Example: 5'-T-C-A-G-3'

Thanks, I've attached what I think is probably correct. Review it, and let me know.

I just tried that for Part A and it didnt work. This is what I entered.

5'-C-G-A-A-T-C-G-T-A-G-C-G-T-A-G-T-C-A-T-3'

Sorry to hear that... What I did was go down the columns and write the sequence.

It could have also been the opposite:

G --> C
C --> G
T --> A
A --> T

Or, you mixed up the 3' and 5', perhaps switch them.

For the DNA strand being synthesized during sequencing, the gel is read from bottom to top and gives a 5’-3’ strand sequence.
Part A answer is 5'-T-A-C-T-G-A-T-G-C-G-A-T-G-C-T-A-A-G-C-3'.

5'-T-C-G-A-T-C-T-G-C-A-T-G-G-A-T-C-C-G-A-3'
IS THE CORRECT ANSWER FOR PART A

3'-A-G-C-T-A-G-A-C-G-T-A-C-C-T-A-G-G-C-T-5'
IS THE CORRECT ANSWER TO PART B
