Title: Improvements? Inventing new equipment Post by: micro on Nov 1, 2013 Do you know of any apparatus/equipment, technology and/or technique which requires improvement? Or....when in the lab, do you wish that someone invented some equipment which makes your work/life easier? Something automated maybe?

Something more subjective for me would be racking pipette tips. If you've been in a lab cheap enough to buy loose pipette tips that need to be individually inserted into the tip boxes before autoclaving, you know what I mean. |
