Title: Number of chromosomes & chromatids after anaphase II of meiosis
Post by: thomasalterman on Jan 19, 2014
So, i think my solutions manual may have an error but i would like to make sure.

The question asks: "In a human, how many chromosomes and chromatids would be present in a cell at anaphasae II"

It says the answer is 23/23.... but I would think that the answer is 46/46 since the cell hasn't actually divided yet?

Thanks!

It's correct. At this stage, it's separating.
