I am researching botanical species that take a vine shape, that have berries, which are poisonous which may lead to a coma and other side effects.

Bittersweet, Celastrus scandens

Moonseed, Menispermum canadense

Rubber vine, Cryptostegia grandiflora
I don't know if this one has fruit.

All three can kill so I would imagine there would likely be coma before death.
