Title: DNA Polymerase Post by: redsoxgrl on Nov 29, 2011 I was wondering if someone could help me because i am STUMPED! I have a worksheet that my teacher handed out and the only question i am having a hard time answering is this:
What are 3 things that DNA polymerase cannot do? the only thing i have come up with is this DNA polymerase can only extend an existing DNA strand paired with a template strand; it cannot begin the synthesis of a new strand.
