How has the racial composition of death row inmates changed since the Furman decision?
a. The population of white offenders has shifted from one-third to approximately 80    percent of the total.
b. The population of black offenders has shifted from one-third to approximately 80    percent of the total.
c. The population of white offenders has shifted from 80 percent to approximately one-   third of the total.
d. The population of black offenders has shifted from 80 percent to approximately one-   third of the total.
The textbook I'm using is Corrections in America.
