Title: Who made the theory about how the first cell came to be?
Post by: Anonymous_1 on Mar 10, 2014
I'm wondering who made the theory about how the first cell came to be, the one which says that it was made by chemical processes, lightning and some other events. Thanks

Did you misunderstand my question? I'm wondering who made the theory about how the cell came to be; how it was made. Not general cell theory. Did he make the theory about how the cell was made? Thanks   :P

Prebiotic soup or "Primordial soup" is a term introduced by the Soviet biologist Alexander Oparin. In 1924, he proposed the theory of the origin of life on Earth through the transformation of carbon containing molecules in the primordial soup. and the gradual chemical evolution of these molecules into the first cell and into life as we know it

Hope this helps, goodluck

Does anyone know what is the purpose of this theory? Why would someone (most likely the Jews) want people to believe this? Thanks :theblues:
