Is this statement true or false? If false (which i think it might be) why?

Eukaryotic transcription factors bind to regulatory sequences that may be located at great distances away from the genes that they regulate.

D is wrong.. its not true its false.. TR creates cDNA libraries.
Other than that all of them are right! :)
