hi. I am having a devil of a time finding this answer. Can anyone explain.

Classify the spinal nerves -- Motor, Sensory or mixed.

I get that there are 8 cervical, 12 thorasic, 5 lumbar, 5 scaral and 1 coccygeal

All spinal nerves are classified as mixed because their posterior roots contain sensory axons and their anterior roots contain motor axons.

Thirty-one pairs of mixed spinal nerves arise from the spinal cord and serve the
entire body except the head and neck
