Title: Calculating GFR Post by: guitargirl0812 on Apr 20, 2014 I need to calculate GFR using creatinine clearance and MDRD equation. All the data I have is two absorbances for a standard (start = .321) (stop = .358) and two absorbances for urine (start = .288) (stop = .456). The urine volume was 230 mL. The absorbances were taken at A500.
Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Mostly I just need help in calculating "serum creatinine" in mg/dL. This goes in both equations. |
