Title: What's the best diet for the day before a fitness test?

Hi everyone!

I have a fitness test and was wondering what I should eat that is light yet sufficient for an easy going run, sit up and push up the next day..
Also, the test is at 6:30 am. What should I do that morning? Should I eat something? Or just stock on water? Or energy drinks?

pasta is not light!! oatmeal is light. during your run, sip on gatorade. It helps replenish your electrolytes
