Title: Can anybody help me with astronomy?

A star lying 10 from the Sun has proper motion of 0.6 . If the star's spectral lines are observed to be redshifted by 0.03 percent, calculate the magnitude of its three-dimensional velocity relative to the Sun. A surprise awaits for who ever can answer this correctly.
