Title: Re: Is there any symptoms for not having enough calcium on daily diets? Post by: oemBiology on Aug 11, 2014 If I take a dietary supplement of calcium and magnesium for my daily needs, is there any symptoms for having too much calcium intake?
Can I monitor any uncontrolled body movements (symptoms)? in order to determine when to take those supplement instead of taking it everyday on regular based, which would avoid intake calcium more than what I actually need. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much for any suggestions :> Title: Re: Is there any symptoms for not having enough calcium on daily diets? Monitored through your observations only. You'll notice it, feel it. Just take the recommended dosage and you'll be fine. |
