What are two good analogies of the relationship between a non-polar covalent bond, a polar covalent bond and an ionic bond?

Thanks for joining. Please limit yourself to one question a day Roxana.

An ionic bond is like the “perfect match” couple because they both have things they like and dislike. This couple was somehow made for each other because of the strong attraction between them.

A Covalent bond is like a couple that have everything in common. The relationship of this type is always happy because of all their similarities. Also, they share something very special between the two of them.

A non-polar bond is like a couple who can't stand society. They are happy together but don't like to associate with the rest of the population.
