Title: The intervention that should be added to the nursing care plan in supporting nut
Post by: nurse2mrow on Sep 16, 2014
The intervention that should be added to the nursing care plan in supporting nutritional intake for a patient with Parkinson’s disease is to:
1.   offer large meals with a variety of finger foods.
2.   thicken liquids to make them easier to swallow.
3.   puree all foods and drink through a straw.
4.   offer a diet high in carbohydrates and fat and low in protein.

This is for my medical nursing class
