Title: A 46-year-old patient is receiving propranolol (Inderal), a nonselective beta-ad
Post by: nurse2mrow on Sep 16, 2014
A 46-year-old patient is receiving propranolol (Inderal), a nonselective beta-adrenergic blocker for his heart condition. The nurse would teach the patient to:
1.   sit or lie down when taking the drug.
2.   limit caffeine intake.
3.   double the dose if symptoms occur.
4.   not stop the drug abruptly.

This is for my medical nursing class
