This is for my medical nursing class The answer is 2. Number 3 would be more for an indication of pain, also it doesn't rise enough. Number 4 is a symptom and does not mean the client has gone systemic. Number one does indicate an infection but a localized one. Number 2 is indicating that the body is fighting an infection with the raised body temperature and is a better indicator that the infection has gone systemic.
