Title: mass from force and acceleration
Post by: kme8124 on Sep 17, 2014
Unless otherwise stated, all objects are located near the Earth's surface, where g = 9.8 m/s2.
A net force of 3.0N gives an object an acceleration of 13m/s2 .

What is the mass of the object?

net force(N)= mass (kg)x accn (m/sec^2)
3=mass x 13
mass= 3/13 =0.231kg
