Title: PCR REACTION Post by: JFKgravy on Sep 25, 2014 I accidentally used 10 ul of master mix/DNA solution instead of 20 ul. The PCR reaction is set to calibrate temperatures for 20 ul of solution. Will my DNA samples be denatured to a point where they can't replicate?

Master Mix contains the right amount of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, KCI and stabilizers. |
