#1)    The male reproductive system is similar to the female reproductive system in that
a) Gonads that produce gametes are held outside the body
b) gametes are produced in high numbers ( more than 100 million sperm per day)
C) the excretory and reproductive systems are joined in the Urethra
d) hormones have a major role in the development of secondary sexual characteristics

a) ovaries- oogensis; teties- spermatogenesis
b)oviducts- transport proestrogen; ducts deferens- transport sperm
c) hypothalamus- releases FSH and LH, Pituitary gland releases GnRH
d) ovaries- release estrogen, prostate gland releases FSH
