Most people go through several interviews for a job and some rejections. (2) Ask the interviewer for feedback to determine if there is anything you should change in your interview performance or your Job Application Package, or the types of jobs you are applying for. (3) Get advice on how you might improve your resume, application, or Job Application Package. (4) Conduct additional practice interviews. (5) Do your homework before every interview.
