Fear of failure can also be a powerful force in decision-making. There is no such thing as a
decision with out risk or a set of personal traits that guarantee correct decision making. Most
people make decisions on the basis of risk avoidance. Sometimes risk avoidance blocks a
person from applying innovative solutions and ideas.
