Why are restaurants and food service operation workers at an increased risk for workplace violence?

  b. Wherever alcohol is served, violence and crime are inevitable outcomes and must be prepared for with security measures
  c. Workers attracted to the hospitality industry tend to be troubled and prone to violence
  d. As restaurants have been legally required to become smoke free, tempers have frayed and violence has erupted
