Case Study Until recently, the healthcare C-suite did not have an HIM voice. Now, there are a variety of C-suite positions that an HIM professional with proper education could fill. 1. Identify at least five of these C-suite roles and provide a brief 3-5 sentence description of the role. 2. Best practices for communication Be approachable-as a team facilitator you should show interest in your team members by being social with them and getting to know the one by one.share about yourself and be more engaging. Make sure to emphasize your key points through thorough repetition,this will help them to remember what is their key role and what is expected of them. ask before you speak ,this is important especially when you want to clarify what a team member have said and it will clear any misunderstanding. Ensure to use different communication style while communicating,this is because different people understands a message in different manner and this will help to emphasize and ensure everyone captures what you are saying interpersonal practices you should interact with other team members more often and the communication should be on open platforms ,where every team member is able to express their opinion comfortably.ensure you treat everyone the same without favor or fear.Be a just leader and this will improve your interpersonal relation.as a leader do not be jealous,put your ego aside and appreciate someone if he/she has done well. critical thinking as a facilitator you should be a critical thinker for you to make any decisions in the team.you should be able to detect in consistence and any wrong direction.you should be able to solve any problem arising in the course of work. These include efficient communication that ensures clarity of information, good interpretation and proper response or feedback is given. Communication should be across the groups in the team so that the project is successful. Interpersonal relations between the members of the team should be aimed at facilitating cooperation and association within the members involved. Social commitment and solidarity through good interpersonal relationships ensure maximum productivity. The team facilitator should also integrate critical thinking skills in leadership so as t bb able to make good decisions, identify and solve problems efficiently and evaluate ways to increase efficiency at the individual and communal levels by the team members.
