Title: Is the gender wage gap legitimate? Post by: tlc_71111 on Dec 18, 2018 Everyday we're fed ideas of people being paid unfairly due to their gender. That is, a woman with the same amount of work experience as a man working x job will be offered less than her male counterpart. Do you believe the studies that suggest this to be true based on YOUR experience. Or could it be a feminist ploy to to fuel their victim complex?

The companies pay based on the Education, experience, hours, Productivity. women earned less because they had children and had to put their career on hold whereas the men did not have to.
