I would like to know on any formula to determine how thickness of atomspheric pressure can block UVB

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just to be clear, you're looking for a mathematical equation that models the UV-B penetration and the thickness of the atmosphere? I'd assume thickness varies depending on the composition of gases, and since the ratio of gases change constantly, I don't think a formula wouldn't be too reliable if one existed.

Anyway, there's an equation know as the Hypsometric equation, also known as the thickness equation, which relates an atmospheric pressure ratio to the equivalent thickness of an atmospheric layer under the assumptions of constant temperature and gravity. It is derived from the hydrostatic equation and the ideal gas law.

That said, after researching further, I can't seem to make a connection between the two variables you're looking for :-\
