6.What are the Ploidy and chromosome number of daughter cells (human) during mitosis and meiosis?

I'm honestly confused about question 5 and 6. I created a chart outlining my answers. You'll notice that I changed my answers for question 5; different train of thought after re-reading.

7. What is the Role of daughter cells (human)  during mitosis and meiosis ?(Somatic cells or gametes)

After meiosis, these cells are used for reproduction. After mitosis, daughter cells serve the function of what they're specified to do. For example, a daughter cell of a skin cell will serve as a skin cell moving forward.
