Title: Question looking for the Ka value of sulfurous acid?
Post by: polishprodigy93 on May 31, 2019
The pH of a 0.401 mol/L solution of sulfurous acid is 1.16 (used as an example, your value may be different). Based on this evidence, the Ka for sulfurous acid is?

Would we just look at our chart on pages 8 and 9 and say 0.014?

They're asking for Ka though (answer is highlighted). You're giving the concentration, watch out for that. But to answer your question, as per the attachment, it's identical to what I found too for the hydronium concentration.
