why is the evolution of the earliest genuine cell sometimes referred to as a master of " mastering information"?

Hi there!

Honestly, I've never heard the first cell called that before, and it doesn't make much sense to me either. Was this question translated from another language?

When the first cell evolved, I assume it was no more complex than a micelle. It likely contained very little information in relation to an actual genome either.
