Title: Find the points of inflection of the function ...
Post by: Catracho on Jul 25, 2019
Consider the function f(x) = f(x)=x2e18x
f(x) has two inflection points at x = C and x D with C < D
where C is

and D is

Finally for each of the following intervals, tell whether f(x) is concave up or concave down.
00, C): Concave Up
(C, D): Concave Down v
(D, 00) Concave Up

When it comes to inflection points, you need to find the 2nd derivative, set it equal to zero, then find its critical points.

I did that, and found two critical points, but the question doesn't state how many decimal places so that's up to you
