Most countries have regulations that forbid flying beyond a certain altitude.

Post by: bio_man on Sep 7, 2019 USA. 11,000 Actually it's a lot less in the US, you’re not allowed to exceed the height of 400 feet, whereas in most European countries it goes up to 500 feet. In most Australian cities, you can only fly your drone up to a maximum altitude of 120 meters (394 ft.) – most of this airspace is considered controlled airspace. To fly a recreational drone any higher, you must seek approval from CASA and adhere to any associated conditions. The case is the same in New Zealand, China. In Japan (according to one source), drones may not fly within 30 meters (98.4 feet) of people or private property. Hope this helps Title: Re: Drone maximum altitude in the Sky. A new wiki page created for the same would be useful which displays all nations and their maximum altitude drone rules & regulations? Thanks & Regards, Prashant S Akerkar Title: Re: Drone maximum altitude in the Sky. Post by: bio_man on Sep 7, 2019 Content hidden
