Post by: bio_man on Sep 1, 2020 Dice are designed in all shapes and forms, so it's not unusual to see different board games utilizing different combinations of styles, colors, and numbers. In reference to "unicode dice", it's possible they exist, but I wouldn't know what games they're used in. Here's an interesting design, this dye goes to 1-20, as opposed to your traditional 1-6.
