Another way to verify, use the formula: Rank = \(\frac{k\left(n+1\right)}{100}=\frac{25\left(25+1\right)}{100}=\frac{25\left(26\right)}{100}=6.5^{th}\) observation 23 is the 6th, 24 is the 7th.
