Hi louist (https://biology-forums.com/index.php?action=profile;u=974367)

You're need to know how to write the orbital diagrams for each of these:

Please review this tutorial, and if you still can't figure it out, reply back

Hi louist (https://biology-forums.com/index.php?action=profile;u=974367)

It's not asking for what's neutral, it's asking:

Which electrically neutral atom (or atoms) has (have) one unpaired 4p electron?

You can only know this is you write the electron configuration of each. Do you get it?
