Title: What are these ELISpot graphs called? Post by: rasmasyean on Feb 19, 2022 For example, the ELISpot graphs in the link below.
Is there a name for these types of graphs? https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-021-04186-8/figures/2 Also, I suppose the points are manually horizontally spaced so that you can distinguish close points. Or is there a graphing program that would do this with some sort of algorithm? Title: Re: What are these ELISpot graphs called? I believe it's called a "Grouped Column Scatter" - see example (https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/GroupedColScatter-IndexedData) This can be done in Excel. |
