My experiment plan: To express Tat protein in CD4 T cell without pre-activation. I have tried different vectors and virus such as MND-AAV6 EGFP, CMV-AAV6 EGFP, AdRGD EGFP, SFFV-Lentivirus EGFP, MSCV-Lentivirus EGFP , HIV-VSV-G-Luc and mRNA Tat, etc. But all vectors and viruses I tried didn't work Please give me some input Thanks Harry |
