Post by: SGarner on Feb 22, 2015
What is Klinenberg’s attitude towards to “smart consumer model” of social service delivery?
A.   It is an appropriate model for contemporary cities.
B.   It shows respect for the capacity of individuals and families to make decisions about the type of service that is best for them.
C.   It is an inadequate model for delivering services to vulnerable populations.
D.   It is a traditional way of providing services that needs to be maintained and defended even under pressure from budget cuts.
E.   It is a model found in many other countries that the U.S. would do well to emulate.
