Title: Singling Individual Yeast Cells Post by: Yeast2meetU on Jun 16, 2015 Would it be possible to single individual yeast cells at home without the need for a micromanipulator? what is the cost of the cheapest micromanipulator if this isn't possible?

If you want to study growth, use selective growth medium. I have no clue how to isolate a single cell, never needed it. |
