It depends on the concentration within the biology degree but you can really do a lot.  Most people head onto some sort of graduate school or medical school.  But you can work in research labs.  It's in pretty high demand right now so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a job.  Good luck!

-research asisstant
-research officer
-teacher
-lecturer/ tutor
-product specialist/ sales reprentative

but, it would be much better if u proceed to MSc and take up specific field like biotech, microb, etc..

-Teach (teacher, professor)
-Research (research conservation on animals, genetics, cancer, plants.. anything biology related, really)
-Earn a MD (med school) or PhD
-Biotechnology
-Animal Trainer
-Veterinarian

a lot depends on your concentration.. physiology, cell & molecular, zoology, botany, pre-med.. etc

I suggest you only get a bio degree if you want to be in the research or sales fields, and even then you need to specialize. Check out your local job searches before you start.

My biggest suggest to all people in college: get a degree that has a job in the title. A few suggestions : teacher, accountant,  engineer.

If its too late, and you are like me with a BS with biology, this is what I've been doing: checking out local universities and colleges for Lab positions. There are some in the private sector, but most of the ones I find are health care/Medical Lab tech focused.
