Not entirely. There will always be questions needed to be answered.

No, the whole point of existence is that everything constantly changes.

Look at the world a million years ago, it was completely different. I can't see how we can ever know everything when I believe knew things will always occur. Atmospheric changes etc.

We still have a long way to go before we get even close though.

Not. Even though it is, one human isn't enough to contain all knowledge in it.
