1. She will boost her metabolism, burn more calories, and be less likely to gain weight. 2. She will increase her muscle mass with regular strength training. 3. She will strengthen her bones and reduce her risk of osteoporosis. 4. She will feel better overall and reduce feelings of depression 5. She will function more efficiently 6. She will maintain and improve physical strength and fitness. 7. She will improve her balance. 8.
