An ideal gas of volume 189. ml is collected over water at 30 C. What pressure is exerted by the dry gas under these conditions?

please help me figure this out! ive read the chapter multiple times and still nothing. go through the steps please of how you figured it out. i just want to understand it.

189ml gas collected or 189ml dry gas collected
if 189ml total volume collected, one needs to subtract the partial pressure of water vapor from the total pressure to determine the volume of dry gas alone

at 1atm and 30ÂșC = 31.8mmHg
pressure dry gas = 760mmHg - 31.8mmHg = 728.2mmKg =0.958 atm
