Title: Multiplex pcr for methicillin resistant s.aureus Post by: pathak on Nov 19, 2015 i am doing multiplex pcr for MRSA strains in three groups I wanted to know the positive control or a standard that can be run in every set to assure that the pcr reaction has worked to optimal standardization.
