You can use immunohistochemistry to stain dynein protein in tissue sections. The cell membranes should be broken by triton.

Counterstain the cells to make them more visible.

Use hematox if you are using light microscopy or use DAPI for fluorescence microscopy.

Cells with dynein can be identified as coloured complexes.
