In photosynthesis, is chlorophyll considered a reactant, a product, or neither?

Chlorophyll is neither. It is present at the start, but does not get used up in the reaction. That would make it a catalyst.

Chlorophyl is a catalyst.  It is neither consumed nor produced in a reaction, and is thus neither a reactant or product.
