I need to prepare 1.5% pepsin solution. I know that means 1.5grams of dry pepsin in 100ml of water.

However the pepsin container says "Pepsin 1:3000"

what does this mean?

That means it has been diluted 1:3000.  For example, if 2.999L were added to 1g pepsin
